A powerful, 60 minute, full-body workout incorporating fat burning, muscle toning, and strengthening exercises by rotating to different stations in a time specific format. This is training for greater endurance, which will increase aerobic capacity. This class includes cardio, core and lots more!
Stretch and Strengthen
This is a class that focuses on felibility and functional exercises for anyone 50 and older. We work on balance and incorporate yoga exercises. We also use exercise bands for resistance exercises, working on all muscle groups of the body even minor muscle groups.
Leo Hilton is the instructor, and he has been training for 14 years. He has specialized in working with people that have various pain issues from lower back, to knees and shoulders. If you have questions, feel free to contact him.

We have partnered with the American Red Cross to host two blood drives each year. Pastor always challenges us that we are never more like Christ than when we are giving. Don't miss out on helping save lives through giving blood.
Our next blood drive is coming up in February during the morning worship hours. Please be in prayer for how you can serve our community in this area. More information will be coming soon!
