Upward Basketball is one of the most popular ministries in Wellness and Recreation with almost 1000 children enrolled in 2002. There is one practice during the week and a game on Saturday. There are separate leagues for boys and girls. Each player will receive a game jersey, T-shirt, shorts, and a year-end award for participating in the league.

Cheerleading coincides with the basketball league with practice during the week and a game on Saturday. Each child will receive a uniform, face decals, pom-poms, and a year-end award for participation.  Click on the banner to the left for more information.

Cost: $85 for early registration and $100 for late registraion. 

Ages: For children in grades K-12

Key dates: Regisration opens on August 11, 2008

Where: FBCW Gym & Big House

Evaluation Days:  Evaluation days will be held in October 6th, 7th, 9th, and 10th.

Season:  November - January
