Upward Flag Football is a fun and safe alternative to tackle football. There is one practice during the week and a game on Saturday with a 6 game schedule. There are separate leagues for boys and girls. Each player will receive a game jersey, shorts, playbook wristband, and a year-end award for participating in the league.

Cheerleading coincides with the Flag Football league with practice during the week and a game on Saturday. Each child will receive a uniform, face decals, pom-poms, and a year-end award for participation.  Please note that Cheerleading does include girls entering Kindergarten. 

COST:  $95 for early registration and $110 for late registration.

AGES: Flag Football- entering 1st - 8th. 
           Cheerleading- entering Kindergarten- 6th

KEY DATES:  Early Registration June 1st-June 30th.  
                      Late Registration July 1st-July 10th.       
                      First Practice week August 9th.  
                      First Game Day August 28th. 
                      Awards Night October 19th.

EVALUATION DAY:    July 10, 2010.  Everyone must attend the Flag Football Evaluation or Cheerleading Orientation.  They will take place at Arnold Mill Elementary School .  Times are to be announced.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• If you have siblings please feel free to bring them all at one time.
• If you can not make it to your grade group, you can bring them at another time that day
