Missions Partnerships

Every Member “On Mission With God”

The foundational structure for Missions at FBCW is the Strategic Mission Partnership (SMPs). Missions through God ordained relationships is what we at FBCW pray for, what we plan for, and what we do around the world. The key to these relationships is a movement of God in hearts, which brings a long term commitment, sometimes for life.  An SMP develops when a group of people in the church is so bonded with a specific mission field and the person on that field that we make a long-term covenant and commitment to work together. To strengthen these relationships we are mobilizing small groups (Sunday School Classes ) to adopt at least one national; and one international partnership to pray, give, and go in an Acts 1:8 strategy to be “On Mission” with God.

Five requirements for a Strategic Missions Partnership are:

• Clearly identified field partner
• Clear home core group
• Documented Ministry Plan
• Long Term Commitment to Relationship
