Elaine Stephens
Elaine was raised in San Antonio, Texas. After high school, her love of dance took her to Kilgore College in East Texas where she was a world famous Kilgore College Rangerette! There she majored in dance specializing in ballet, modern, lyrical and jazz. She has been teaching with the ministry of FBCW Dance for the past 6 years and has choreographed routines for a high school dance team in Northwest Georgia. Elaine feels blessed to be sharing her love of the Lord and her love of dance with others.

Tina Guthrie
Tina began dancing at the age of 4 with Marge Long in Erie, PA. Her training continued at her mother’s studio and with other professionals after moving to Georgia. As a graduate of the University of Georgia, Tina continued her dance training in the Dance Major’s program and at Athens Dance Academy as well as being a part of the Young Choreographer’s Series. While attending the University she was selected for the Georgette Dance Line. She has been a State Talent Winner, toured with Hoctor’s Dance Caravan, and received choreographic awards from dance competitions. Much of her time has been occupied choreographing half time shows, high school and Church musicals, regional musicals and concerts. Tina has also enjoyed teaching for the past 17 years. She has lived in Marietta for 3 years and feels very blessed to have become a part of the FBCW Dance ministry.

Instructors

Lizette Hestler
Lizette has been training and performing in dance for 23 years. Her training and expertise include tap, ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, theater dance, voice, choreography, acting, stage production and design, costume design and film production. While earning her Bachelor of Arts in religion she received intense dance training at Oklahoma City University under Jo Rowan. Lizette’s dance education also comes from Gus Giordano Dance Center, Alvin Ailey, Al Gilbert, Henery le Tang, Marcus Alford, Dance Stop Sudios, Dallas School of Dance, Salt and Light Ministries and Ballet Magnificat. Among other jobs, Lizette is enjoying her 12th year of teaching dance and is looking forward to another great year with the FBCW Dance Ministry.
